Customer Service: meeting with members of the public via telephone or in person to answer questions and concerns
with regards to payments and providing relevant information for other inquiries.
• Cheque Dispatch: Secure all cheques from unauthorised personnel including both prepared and blank cheques.
Ensure outgoing payments arrive at institutions in a timely manner.
• Bookkeeping: Balancing Votebooks for all payments both incoming and outgoing.
• Invoices: Creating invoices and other vouchers for payment processing.
• Report Writing: Creating weekly/ monthly reports of payments and invoices to be paid.
Project Management: Analyzing and delegating roles to achieve goals set by supervisors.
